This customer was not able to expand the footprint of their home due to lot size so they opted to add a full second story. This renovation took the home from a 1 1/2 story, approx. 1300 square foot home to a full 2 story 1800 square foot home with a walk out basement level. The roof was removed and an engineered floor system was added to allow for an open floor plan and increased lake views from the homes interior.
