Renovation 4:
This project shows how a small addition of square footage can really change the flow of an existing space. The 12' x 15' addition off of the kitchen on this existing split level home really changed the flow of the house. The project also involved a complete renovation of the kitchen, living room and den. Engineered beams were added in order to open up the floor plan of the home. Hardwood flooring, wall panel systems, custom built-in cabinets, hardwood kitchen cabinets and granite counters really finish off the homes interior. A deck with wrap around stairs complete the homes exterior and blend it together with the existing pool patio and landscape.
