This project was for a customer with a growing family. They needed room for the kids to go and play and to entertain their friends. The structure is 40' wide and 60' long. It houses a 3 bay garage for vehicles and yard care equipment, an inside "sports" area with a half court basketball area, room for the batting cages and much more. The stairs lead to a viewing area where the guests can hang out, watch the people playing basketball or watch TV. The homeowner wanted to give it a different look so chain link fencing was used instead of railings for the viewing area. Radiant heat and a half bath were added for convenience and comfort.
